ko8 Terms and Conditions — Complete Rules

In this document, "ko8", "platform", "we" or "company" refers to the entity operating the ko8.cam website and its related services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any individual or entity who has registered on or is using this platform.

"Services" refers to online sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games, fishing games, and any other entertainment services provided through ko8. "Money" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and applicable regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the company's final decision shall apply.

The following conditions must be met to register on the ko8 platform and use its services:

• The registrant must be 21 years of age or older.
• Users shall use the platform in compliance with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction, and full legal responsibility rests with the user.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Corporate accounts or registration on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

ko8 reserves the full right to accept or reject any registration application. If documents are requested for identity verification, the user is obliged to provide them.

3.1 Password and Security

Account security is entirely the responsibility of the user. Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any personal information changes (such as mobile number, email, or address), the user must update their account without delay. Providing false information may result in account suspension.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

A Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process may be required before withdrawals or large transactions. If a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document is requested, it must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

Transactions on ko8 are processed through the most widely used mobile and banking methods in Bangladesh.

Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The use of third-party accounts or payment methods registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities.
• If identity verification has not been completed before a withdrawal request is processed, the request may be delayed.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if any bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
• ko8 reserves the right to conduct additional investigations in the case of unusual transactions.
• ko8 shall not be held responsible for minor delays caused by technical or payment gateway issues.

ko8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. The current welcome bonus is up to 100% on the first deposit up to ৳15,000, with a wagering requirement of 10x.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until these requirements are met.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the designated time limit; otherwise, the bonus will be considered void.
• The same individual may not claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found, ko8 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 VIP Program

ko8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback and special benefits increase at higher tiers. The benefits and applicable conditions of each tier may change — contact support directly for the latest information.

ko8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

The ko8 platform offers various services including sports betting, casino, slots, and fishing games. Specific betting limits and rules apply to each category.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ko8 reserves the right to cancel the bet in question.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with ko8's rules.
• The game provider's server logs shall be considered the final evidence in determining game outcomes.
• If match fixing or manipulation is suspected, the relevant bet may be kept under investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings:

• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to bet or play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Using ko8's logo, brand, or content without permission.
• Bonus arbitrage or deliberate abuse of bonuses.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, it may be necessary to share information due to legal obligations, fraud prevention, or instructions from relevant authorities.

Dispute resolution process:

• Final Step: A ruling by ko8's senior authority, which shall be considered binding.

In the case of disputes regarding technical game outcomes, the game provider's server data shall be considered the final evidence.

ko8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account.
• Suspicion of financial fraud or money laundering.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or court order.

If any valid remaining funds exist at the time of account closure and no breach of terms and conditions is found, their return will be considered after verification.

Users may also voluntarily close their account — submit a written request to support for this purpose.

ko8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, efforts will be made to notify users in a timely manner. However, continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.

Even if any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.
